Title: Beef Stroganoff

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Stew meat; cubed
Flour
1/4 c Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/4 c Water
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1 c Sour cream

Coat meat with flour and brown in butter. Add garlic, onion, salt and
pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in water and add mushrooms. Cover and simmer
1-1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Add sour cream and heat through but do
not boil.

Serving Ideas : Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
