Title: Beef W/mushrooms,onion,ginger Categories: Meat Yield: 4 Servings 2 tb Oil 3 c Onions; cut lengthwise 2 tb Oil 1 lb Lean beef; ground or cut in -fine strips 1 cn (3-oz) mushrooms; drained 2 tb Shredded fresh ginger 4 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Cornstarch 1 c Mushroom juice (juice from -can plus water) 1 Beef boullion cube Hot cooked rice or noodles Heat 2 Tbs oil & saute onions until slightly brown. Remove from pan. Reheat pan, add 2 Tbs oil & beef, fry until browned. Return onions to pan; add mushrooms, ginger & soy sauce. Heat thoroughly. Mix cornstarch & mushroom juice; add to pan.
