Title: Beer Mop Sauce Categories: Dean, Fearing Yield: 2 Servings 12 oz Beer 1/2 c Vinegar 1/4 c Oil; canola or corn 1/2 md Onion; chopped 2 Cloves Garlic; minced 2 tb Mansion barbecue spice mix 1 tb Worcestershire sauce Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Apply the sauce with a small string "mop" for barbecue, or with a pastry brush. Variations: Substitute stock for the beer, or inexpensive dry wine (red for the meat or white for the poultry or fish).
