Beer Nuts Title: Beer Nuts Categories: Appetizers, Snacks Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Water; per lb of raw peanut 1 c Sugar; per lb of raw peanut Combine sugar and water in a heavy skillet. Cook on medium low till all liquid evaporates, stirring constantly. Heavily salt a cookie sheet. Spread mixture onto sheet. Top heavily with more salt.
