Title: Beer-Basted Steaks Categories: Meat Yield: 6 Servings 6 Sirloin steaks 1/4 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 tb Grainy mustard 1 tb White vinegar 1 Onion; finely chopped 1 Bay leaf 1 c Beer Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes, cool. Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
