Title: Beetnick Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 6 Servings 1 c Water 3/4 c Beet juice 1 pk (3-oz) lemon Jello 2 ts Grated onion 3 -(up to) 4 tb Horseradish 1 c Grated pickled beets Bring water & beet juice to a boil.
