Title: Bernie's Fudge Categories: Candies, Desserts Yield: 12 Servings 1 cn Evaporated milk 1/2 c Butter; or margarine 3 2/3 c Sugar 1 1/8 c Brown sugar 13 oz Hershey milk chocolate -(candy bars) 2 oz Bakers unsweetened chocolate 1 tb Vanilla extract 32 lg Marshmallows 1/2 c Chopped nuts; (optional) -or more nuts COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR AND MILK IN A LARGE PAN AND STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. STIR A FEW TIMES UNTIL IT COMES TO A BOIL. COVER AND LET BOIL FOR FIVE MINUTES WITHOUT STIRRING. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD MARSHMALLOWS AND STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. ADD CHOCOLATES, ONE AT A TIME UNTIL MELTED. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND NUTS. POUR INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED TEN BY FIFTEEN INCH PAN. REFRIGERATE AND CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES.
