Title: Bill's Scallion and Dill Dip Categories: Dips, To/from mc- Yield: 8 Servings 8 oz Cream cheese; softened 1/2 c Sour cream 1 tb Lemon juice 1 Scallion (green onion); -minced 1 ts Dried dill 1 ds Garlic powder Salt; to taste Black pepper; to taste Milk; if needed Blend all ingredients except milk thoroughly. If dip is too stiff, add small amounts of milk, mixing well after each addition, until desired consistency is obtained. A nice, light dip that works well for dipping vegetables.
