Title: Bisquick Homemade Categories: Make, Your, Own Yield: 1 Servings 5 lb All-purpose flour 3 tb Salt 2 1/2 c Powdered milk 2 tb Cream of tartar 1/2 c Sugar 2 lb Vegetable shortening 3/4 c Baking powder Stir together dry ingredients; cut in shortening until it resembles corn meal. Place in large container; keep cool. Biscuits: 3 c. Homemade Bisquick 3/4 c. water Blend and knead about 10 strokes. Cut out and bake in preheated 450 degrees oven.
