Title: Black Bean Soup with Fennel and Three Pepper

4 c Cooked black beans
1 c Chicken broth, or vegetable
-broth
2 Cloves garlic, pressed
2 ts Fresh ground pepper
1 ts Salt
5 oz Fennel and Three Pepper
-Relish

Puree in blender. Place in saucepan and heat. Garnish with sourcream and
dollop of Fennel & Three Pepper Relish. Serve with corn muffins. source on
