Title: Black Eyed Peas (Hl) Categories: Pork/, Ham-, Mt Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Black eyed peas 6 c Water 1 Stick butter 1 Ham hock/fat back Salt and pepper; to taste Soak peas overnight, drain, rinse well and pick over.
