2 tb Paprika
1 tb Cayenne
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb White pepper
1 tb Black pepper
1 tb Kosher salt
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Oregano
1 tb Onion powder

1. Mix all together and store in a sealed container.

NOTES : True blackening is dusted on not caked on, no need to ruin your
dinner!!!! This is a great spice!!
