Title: Blanco Bean Dip Categories: Dips /, Spreads Yield: 1 Servings 15 oz White beans; canned, rinsed -and drained 1 tb Lime or lemon juice 1 Clove garlic; crushed 1 ts Olive oil 1/4 ts Ground cumin 1/4 ts Dried oregano Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
