12 oz Bleu cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Oil
1/2 c Vinegar
1 c Buttermilk
Salt; pepper and cayenne

While mixing cheeses and seasonings; add vinegar and buttermilk, blend
well. Slowly pour oil. Chill and serve. Great with hot wings!
