12 sl Bacon
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
3 c Iceberg lettuce; chopped
1 1/2 c Tomatoes; diced
4 Burrito-size tortillas;
-softened

1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble.

2. Combine mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl. Stir in bacon, lettuce and
tomatoes. Fill each of 4 tortillas with a generous 1 cup mixture; fold in
sides and roll up.
