Title: Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs Categories: Appetizers, Pickles, Relishe Yield: 1 Servings 12 Hard-Boiled Eggs 1/2 c Blue Cheese; crumbled 1/2 c Sour Cream 1 ts Vinegar Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Mash yolks with cheese, add sour cream and vinegar. Refill egg whites. Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap until ready to serve.
