Title: Blueberry Bread Categories: Breads, Low-fat, To/from eat Yield: 16 Servings 1 c Sugar 2 tb Butter 2 Eggs; beaten 2 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Baking soda 1 c Dean's light sour cream 2 c Blueberries Cream together first 3 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar (& nutmeg, optional). Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
