Title: Blueberry Pie Categories: Diabetic, Pies & past, Posted to r Yield: 1 Servings 6 c Frozen blueberries; -defrosted & drained 1 1/4 c Nutrasweet Spoonful 3 tb All-purpose flour 2 ts Grated lemon peel 2 ts Ground cinnamon Pie pastry for double crust -9-inch pie 1 ts Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Butter or margarine Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Fill. Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with 1 tablespoon butter (in 4 pieces around pie). Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam. Seal. Brush with milk and sprinkle a couple of pinches of sugar onto top of crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm if desired.
