Title: Boneless Texas Ribs Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 6 Boneless pork loin chops; -1/2" thick, ( I use -breakfast chops with bone -in) 1/2 ts Onion powder 1/2 ts Celery salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 1/4 ts Cumin powder Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the machine for 5 minutes. Close the lid; and grill for 6-7 minutes. Don't overcook.
