Brandied Summer Fruit
Title: Brandied Summer Fruit Categories: Not, Sent Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 c Apricots, sliced 1 c Strawberries, sliced 1 c Blackberries 1 c Cantaloupe, cubed and peeled 1/2 c Raspberries 1/4 c Apple juice 1/4 c Brandy 2 tb Sugar Mint leaves, optional Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently. Cover fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish fruit with mint leaves, if desired.
