Title: Brandy Balls Categories: Candy and p, Cookies and Yield: 48 Servings 2 1/2 c Vanilla wafer cookies (abt. -60); finely crushed 1 c Confectioner's sugar; sifted 2 tb Cocoa powder 1/2 c Walnuts; finely chopped 1/4 c Brandy; rum or bourbon 1/4 c Light corn syrup Granulated sugar Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder, and nuts. Stir in brandy and syrup. Add a little water (1 1/4 teaspoon) if necessary to form into 3/4" balls. Store in air tight container. Makes 48 balls.
