Title: Bread Crumb Pie Crust
Categories: Quiches, Low-fat, Bread
Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/2 c Bread crumbs
Broth or water
Salt; pepper, garlic powder,
-onion powder

Mix crumbs with seasonings and enough liquid to hold together. Press into
pie pan. If desired, prebake at 350F till dried. Fill, bake and serve.

Serving Ideas : Use as low-fat crust for quiches.
