Breaded Tomatoes
Title: Breaded Tomatoes Categories: Side dishes Yield: 4 Servings 1 cn Chopped tomatoes with juice - OR - 1 lb Fresh tomatoes 2 tb Sugar 1 tb Flour 2 sl Bread, torn into pieces CREAM (CAN OR FRESH) If using fresh tomatoes, cook 5 to 10 minutes or until tender or the canned tomatoes to the boil. Mix the sugar and flour together and add to the tomatoes to thicken. Add the bread pieces and cream to the desired consistency.
