Title: Breakfast Bars Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Butter 1 1/4 c Brown sugar 2 Eggs 1/3 c Molasses 1 3/4 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1 ts Cinnamon 2 c Oatmeal 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1 c Raisins, dried cherries or -cranberries 1 c Chocolate chunks or pieces Combine butter, sugar, eggs and molasses in bowl. Stir together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon then add to first mixture. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal, walnuts, dried fruit, and chocolate pieces.
