1 c Milk
3 Eggs
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 md Onion
10 oz Chopped Broccoli
1 c Cheddar Cheese; shredded
9 Pie Shell; uncooked

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine milk, eggs,flour, salt and pepper. Mix well
and set aside. Layer onion,broccoli and cheese in pie shell. Pour in egg
mixture. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
