Title: Broccoli Cheese Soup2

Yield: 4 Servings

4 tb Butter
4 tb Chopped onion
4 tb Flour
5 1/2 c Milk
2 ts Chopped chives
2 ts Parsley
1 ts Salt
3 1/2 c Grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion for about five minutes. Add flour;
stir until smooth. Add milk and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Stir constantly.
As mixture thickens add chives, parsley, salt, broccoli and cheese. Stir
until cheese is melted. Can put this in the crock-pot on medium to simmer.
