Title: Broccoli Dip Categories: Appetizers, Broccoli, Dips/spread, Bobbie - no Yield: 14 Servings 1 sm Onion; chopped 3/4 c Finely chopped celery 1 tb Butter or margarine 1 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped -broccoli, cooked and -drained 8 oz Garlic process cheese spread 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; -undiluted 1 ds Tabasco sauce 1 ds Cayenne pepper 1 ds Paprika 1 ds Worcestershire sauce Corn chips or raw vegetables In a saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Chop broccoli into small pieces. Add to onion mixture with cheese spread, soup and seasonings. Cook and stir over Low heat until cheese is melted. Serve warm with corn chips or vegetables.
