Title: Broccoli Pesto

Yield: 21 Servings

2 c Small fresh broccoli
-florets; coarsely chopped
1/4 c Dried basil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Low-salt chicken broth
2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
2 lg Garlic cloves
3 tb Grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Place broccoli and next 7 ingredients in food processor; process until
smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl, and stir in cheese. Yield: 1-1/3
cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon).

dollop on fresh tomato slices.
