Title: Broccoli Soup Categories: Soups &, Stews Yield: 1 Servings 20 oz Frozen Broccoli 1/2 c Chopped Onion 3 c Water 6 Cubes Chicken Bouillon 1/2 ts Thyme 1/8 ts Garlic Powder 1/4 c Flour 1/8 ts Pepper 2 c Milk In large saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer covered 15 minutes. Blend until smooth. Meanwhile, melt 2 T. butter, stir in flour, then milk. cook and stir until thick. Add to broccoli. Heat through, do not boil.
