1 lb Fresh broccoli
3 tb Water
1 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Olive oil
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Chicken bouillon granules
Garnish: lemon wedges

Cut broccoli into small spears. Arrange spears in a steamer basket over
boiling water. Steam, covered, 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.

Combine 3 tablespoons water and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to
a boil. Stir in broccoli. Garnish, if desired.

Makes 4 servings. Per serving: Calories 56, Fat 3g.
