Title: Broiled Lamb Chops with Mustard Honey Glaze

Yield: 4 Servings

1/4 c Dijon Mustard
1/4 c Honey
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 ts Ground Ginger
4 Large Lamb shoulder chops

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops; place chops
on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and baste
during grilling.
