Title: Brussel Sprouts in Pecan Sauce

1 lb Brussel sprouts; trimmed wi
5 tb Butter; unsalted
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Pecans; chopped
Salt to taste

1. Cook the brussel sprouts, covered in boiling salted water until tender,
about 10 minutes. Drain. Keep warm.

2. Heat the butter in small saucepan and brown the pecans; do not let them
burn.

3. Remove from heat, add the brown sugar, and stir to dissolve.

4. Pour the pecans mixture over the brussel sprouts and serve.
