Title: Brussels Sprouts with Sun-Dried Tomato

Yield: 12 Servings

3 lb Brussels Sprouts; trimmed
-and cooked
1/2 c Sun-Dried Tomato Halves In
-Oil; sliced thin
1/2 c Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 c Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
3 ts Sugar
Tabasco Sauce; to taste
4 Green Onions; chopped
1/2 c Fresh Parsley; minced

Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.

NOTES : I most recently served this at an engagement party in February
1998. It was a big hit and I had many requests for the recipe.
