Title: Brussels Sprouts with Sun-Dried Tomato Categories: Brussels sp, Salads, Vegetables Yield: 12 Servings 3 lb Brussels Sprouts; trimmed -and cooked 1/2 c Sun-Dried Tomato Halves In -Oil; sliced thin 1/2 c Rice Wine Vinegar 1/2 c Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves 3 ts Sugar Tabasco Sauce; to taste 4 Green Onions; chopped 1/2 c Fresh Parsley; minced Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
