Title: Bryce's Dinner Rolls Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 2 pk Cake yeast -or- 3 pk Dry yeast 1 c Warm water 3/4 c Sugar 2 Sticks butter 1 c Boiling water 2 Eggs 1/4 ts Salt 6 c Flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour boiling water over sugar and butter and stir. Add eggs and beat. Cool completely then add yeast; add flour and salt. Chill, covered, for 4 hours. Turn out on floured board and knead until satiny (about 10 minutes). Grease bowl, add dough and chill. Knead again and shape into rolls. Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
