Title: Buckwheat Whole Wheat Bread

3 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 c Honey
1 1/3 c Water
2 tb Butter; room temp
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Flour; whole-grain wheat
1 c Buckwheat flour
1/2 c Flour; all-purpose,
Unbleached
1/3 c Cornmeal; yellow
2 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread
and press start.

A very flavorful loaf. Dense and compact. Excellent!
