Title: Buffet Taco Salad Categories: Tex-mex, Main dish Yield: 8 Servings DEBBIE HOLLAND HXRH11B 1 lg Corn chips, large bag 2 lb Ground beef 2 pk Taco seasoning mix 1 cn Kidney beans 12 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 Onion, chopped 1 lg Lettuce, 1 head 2 Tomatoes, diced 1 cn Enchilada sauce 1 cn Black olives, sliced 12 oz Sour cream 8 oz Guacamole Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Place items listed in a vugget fashion in the above order. Each person layers his own salad, starting with corn chips, ground beef and going down the list.
