Title: Buffet Taco Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1 lg Corn chips, large bag
2 lb Ground beef
2 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 cn Kidney beans
12 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Onion, chopped
1 lg Lettuce, 1 head
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 cn Enchilada sauce
1 cn Black olives, sliced
12 oz Sour cream
8 oz Guacamole

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Place items listed in a vugget
fashion in the above order. Each person layers his own salad, starting
with corn chips, ground beef and going down the list. There are other
ingredients you may wish to add.
