6 tb Oil
2 1/2 tb White vinegar; or lemon
-juice
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1 Clove garlic; sliced

Shake to mix. Chill. Serve with green salad.
