Title: Butternut Squash Puree

Yield: 1 Servings

2 md Butternut squashes, peeled,
-seeded, and cut into pieces
-about 2 inches
Salt
Butter, optional
Honey, optional

Steam butternut squash above boiling water, covered, until tender, about 12
minutes. Puree. Salt lightly. If squash is just right you won't need to add
anything else, but sometimes a small bit of butter and honey are needed.
Serve hot.
