Title: Butterscotch Pudding

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Brown sugar
2 tb Butter, melted
3 tb Cornstarch
4 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Dissolve 1 cup milk with cornstarch. Add to the melted brown sugar and
butter. Add remainder of milk; cook in double boiler until thick. Add
vanilla and salt.
