Title: Butterscotch Sauce #1 Categories: Sauce Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Light brown sugar 1/2 c White corn syrup 4 tb Butter 1/2 c Whipping cream 1 ts Vanilla Toasted pecans (optional) Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cream and vanilla. If desired, add toasted pecans to sauce immediately before serving. May be reheated in microwave. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
