Title: Cabbage Casserole Categories: Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 Head cabbage; (medium) -shredded 1 md Onion; chopped 1 c Mushroom soup 1/4 c Water 1 Egg; beaten 1/2 c Shredded cheese Margarine 1/2 pk Keebler; (roll size) or Ritz -cracker crumbs Prepare cabbage and onion. Place in slightly oiled or Pam sprayed casserole dish. Mix soup, water and egg. Pour over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with marga- rine. Sprinkle with cheese.
