Title: Cabbage Wedges Categories: Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 1 Cabbage;medium size -cut in wedges 1/2 c Peppers, green or red 4 tb Butter 1/4 c Onion -precooked in microwave 1/4 c Flour 2 c Milk 1/2 c Cheese, white grated 1/4 c Chili sauce -Salt and pepper to taste Make white sauce out of butter;melt butter in pan, add flour,cheese, and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as chili sauce. Mix in with precooked onion and pepper. Precook the cabbage in a steamer and drain.
