Dressing mix
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Lemon juice
Several chopped anchovy
Filets -- optional

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake until well blended. Chill
before serving.

Makes about 3/4 c of Caesar Salad Dressing.
