Title: Calypso Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1 cn (12 oz.) drained Mexicorn
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1/4 c Black sliced olives
2 tb White vinegar
4 ts Prepared mustard
Salt; to taste
4 c Cabbage; shredded
1/4 c Sharp Cheddar cheese; cubed
1 c Mayonnaise
2 tb White sugar
1/4 ts Celery seed

Mix all the ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes before
serving. Serves 6-8.
