Title: Canadian Baked Eggs Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 sl Canadian bacon 8 Eggs 1 1/2 c Shredded fat-free cheddar -cheese 2 ts Parsley; finely chopped Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 325øF. Line bottom of 4 lightly buttered shallow ramekins or individual gratin dishes with bacon, cutting to fit, if necessary. Carefully break 2 eggs into each dish.
