Title: Cannoli Siciliani Categories: Epcot cente, Food and wi, 1996 Yield: 20 Servings 1 pn Ricotta cheese 7 oz Sugar 1/3 c Candied fruit, small dice 1/3 c Miniature chocolate chips 1 tb Grand Marnier 1 ts Vanilla extract 20 Cannoli shells Powdered sugar Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip. Fold in remaining ingredients. Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours before piping into shells. Fill shells only at time of service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy). Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
