Title: Cape Cod Cranberry Meatloaf Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Whole cranberry sauce 3/4 c Dark brown sugar 1 lb Grd. chuck 1 lb Grd veal 1/2 lb Grd. pork 1 md Onion; finely chopped 1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs 1/4 c Ketchup 2 Eggs 1/2 ts Each ; thyme, margoram, -rosemary 1/4 ts White pepper 2 Bay leaves Combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar in the bottom of a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except for bay leaves and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place over sauce. Top with bay leaves and bake 1 1/4 hrs @ 350 degrees. Remove bay leaves before serving.
