Title: Caramel Spritz

Yield: 1 Servings

2 1/4 c Sifted flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Softened butter
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla or maple flavoring

Sift together the flour and salt. Cream the butter, gradually adding the
brown sugar. Cream thoroughly. Blend in egg and vanilla. Beat well Add dry
ingredients and mix thoroughly

Press dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375
degrees for 7 to 10 minutes

Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool on wire racks. Decorate with
frosting if you like For fun dip in chocolate and then in chopped nuts
