Title: Caramel Whip Categories: Dessert Yield: 1 Servings 3 Egg yolks 3 tb Sugar 3 tb Flour 2 c Milk; scalded 3/4 c Sugar Beat eggs. Sift 3 tablespoons and flour together, add to eggs; add mixture to milk and put in double boiler. Put 3/4 cup sugar in saucepan or skillet and heat slowly until sugar caramelizes. Add to milk mixture and cook over medium heat until smooth. Chill and serve topped with nuts and whipped cream. MRS J.L.
