Cardamom Krumkake
Title: Cardamom Krumkake Categories: Family Yield: 50 Servings 2 Egg 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Butter; softened 1 ts Cardamom or anise 1 1/2 c Flour 1 c Milk; (scant cup) Beat eggs well; add sugar, butter and cardamom or anise. Beat. Add flour and milk alternately and beat until smooth. Whole cardamom seed that has been sheled and freshly crushed with a rolling pin makes for a more flavorful Krumkake. Bake as directed.
